| One of the leading accompanists today, V V Ravi hails from a family of musicians. He received his training in music from his own father V Veeraraghava Iyer, his brother V V Subramanyam and later, Chembai Vaidyanatha Bhagavatar. He has also had the privilege of having learnt vocal music from none other than Semmangudi Srinivasa Iyer. Not only a good accompanist, he is also a soloist, a vocalist and a composer of merit. |
