O Rama! You seem too proud to even talk to
me... I have sought your support and shelter and steadfastly stuck to
you. Do you recall that when the kind Hanuman, an offshoot of Shiva
himself at his very first meeting with you, desired to be informed of
your antecedents but you did not respond directly and asked Lakshmana to
speak to him? When this was the fate of Anjaneya himself, who can expect
you talk to this frail Tyagaraja?
